Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our onsite team in the UK. The role involves driving B2B sales, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. You will play a key role in achieving revenue targets and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across the UK market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through face-to-face meetings, calls, and networking.
- Develop sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Attend client meetings, trade shows, and local networking events to promote the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and outcomes using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the UK market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for face-to-face and written client engagement.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in marketing & printing services industry etc.
- Existing network of industry contacts in the UK.
- Strong negotiation and contract closing skills.
