We are seeking a skilled and experienced UV, DTF, and Digital Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating printing machines, particularly UV and DTF printers, and be proficient in using relevant design and printing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain UV, DTF, and digital printing machines efficiently.
- Prepare designs for printing using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of prints by conducting thorough quality checks.
- Adjust machine settings for different printing jobs, including color calibration and material selection.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with printing machines to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate execution of print jobs.
- Monitor inventory of printing materials and report any shortages to management.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operating UV, DTF, and digital printing machines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality prints.
- Good understanding of printing techniques, color management, and machine calibration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the design team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a print production environment.
- Knowledge of other printing methods and equipment.
